Flyte at SaaStr Annual 2022!

Startup is not built in a vacuum, it takes a village to start a company! SaaStr is providing a solid foundation for SaaS founders!

Flyte team at SaaStr 2022

SaaStr is the world’s largest community of SaaS founders, executives and entrepreneurs.

The community was started back in 2012 by Jason Lemkin who first shared his journey from $0 to $100M ARR in his startup EchoSign through a Wordpress blog and on Quora. He went on to start a podcast and then co-working space & later on learning management system for SaaS CEOs in 2018. Later on this became an annual event where SaaS founders could come together and discuss growth strategies and challenges. Keynote speakers shared their journeys and the SaaS founders from around the world joined the event to learn, network and celebrate their accomplishments.

Keen to learn what the fuss is all about, the Flyte team joined the bandwagon in 2022 and travelled to San Francisco to meet some cool folks! To our surprise, it was indeed a fabulous event that gave us insights into why SaaS founders are excited to attend this event every year. We met founders who have been coming to the event for past 7 years and joined group discussions with various executives to discuss creative ideas and go-to-market strategies!

More than 10,000 founders, executives and VCs showed up at the event and not only we had an opportunity to connect with the teams present at their booths but also had a chance to interact with attendees through braindate sessions. Some of the conversations resulted in longer partnerships and collaboration opportunities.

While interacting with fast growing companies such as Grammarly, Calendly, Selligence etc., it was clear that every executive in-charge of revenue growth is exploring innovative ways of bringing product-led-growth (PLG) at their organization. The speaker sessions include Mark Roberge discussing PLG motion, Anu Hariharan talking about startup growth strategies and Brian Halligan & Dharmesh Shah discussing explosive growth at Hubspot.

It's definitely an exciting opportunity that we got to experience!
